Davis Funerals has provided funeral services to over 5 generations of Aucklanders. With an objective of helping to build brand awareness with a target audience who would think of Davis Funerals when their services are needed, Triage launched a digitally led marketing campaign encouraging people to interact with the brand through funeral pre planning. Critical to the campaign was to talk to people in the target audience in a non threatening way, and with an offer that would capture attention. A question of “ how much does a funeral cost” is part of the campaign rollout, something that an average person doesn’t know on daily basis, encouraging lead capture and a fact sheet download – and utimately preplanning thoughts capture for future reference when funeral services might be needed.
